Terms of Use

The service

Filopy provides businesses renting out vehicles and heavy equipment with a reservation website published under their own brand, an admin panel to run operations, and a mobile app for their staff. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Accounts

• Panel accounts are created by invitation only; you are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• The mobile app is paired using a single-use QR code generated in the panel. Do not share that code with unauthorised people.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account; report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Subscription and fees

The setup fee and monthly subscription are agreed in writing when you sign up. Updates and maintenance are included for as long as your subscription is active. We reserve the right to suspend the service for non-payment.

Customer data and ownership

All data you enter into the platform (fleet, reservation, customer and document records) belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service. When the service ends you may request a copy of your data within a reasonable period.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• You may not probe the security of the system, reverse-engineer it, or place excessive load on the infrastructure.
• You may not use it to send unsolicited bulk email or spam.

Intellectual property

The software itself, its source code, design and brand belong to Filopy. A subscription grants you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership. Your own brand, logo and content remain yours.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or third-party infrastructure. We aim to announce planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of a material breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We announce material changes before they take effect; continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.
